To connect any package, Makro requires a test account to be set up and approved, some products to be reviewed and the integration to be certified. I handle the whole process with Makro. Each package's timeline starts once Makro approves access.

BeforeMakro orders were processed by hand, one by one, and then purchases from suppliers also had to be made by hand.

NowEvery order that comes in on Makro reaches the ERP (Odoo) on its own and, from Odoo, purchases from suppliers for the products that are needed are made automatically. When the order ships, the customer automatically receives the carrier and the tracking number.

+800 orders from Makro with the tracking sent to the customer automatically. Makro → Odoo → suppliers the whole order cycle, with no manual steps.

Common questions

Do I have to change my ERP or online shop?

No. I connect to what you already use: Odoo, Holded, Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce or spreadsheets.

I already use ChannelEngine or a Makro module. Is this still useful?

Yes. What already works for you stays untouched. I add what those connectors do not do: customer messages, the dashboard with your real margin after commission and catalogue uploads properly adapted to Makro.

What if I do not have access to the Makro API yet?

Makro asks you to create a test account, get it approved, review a few products and certify the integration before using the API. I handle it for €400, one-off, and it is included if you take 2 packages or more. Response times depend on Makro, which is why the packages' timelines start once access is approved.

Do I need to give you access to my Makro seller account?

Only the API permissions that Makro allows integrations to have. You stay in control of the account at all times.

What if Makro changes something?

You get a 30-day guarantee. After that, if you want, there is optional maintenance at €49/month. It is not compulsory.

How much exactly would my case cost?

The packages have starting prices. In the diagnosis we look at your case and you get a one-page proposal with the fixed price before we start.

Do you work with sellers in any sector?

With almost all of them. To avoid conflicts with my current clients, I do not work with sellers of hospitality equipment.
